Chocolate Chip Cookies

So here's my all time favorite recipe for chocolate chip cookies.

They rise up nice, and stay soft and chewy for days. I hope you all enjoy!

1/2 cup of unsalted butter

3/4 cup of brown sugar

3/4 cup of sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla

a 12 ounce bag of chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

2 and 1/4 cups of flour

3/4 tablespoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of salt

Melt the butter in the microwave ( usually about 30-40 seconds). Mix into a bowl with the brown
sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry, and stir until just combined.

Refrigerate for two hours. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes. Makes about 24 cookies.

Hey everyone!

So I'm new to Blogger, and wanted to get on here to share all my great reviews, recipes, and interests in everything food!

I love to create and experiment with food, and I also love to try new products. My passion has always been for cooking, and even a little bit of candy making.

I will try to update my blog with a new recipe and picture each week, and write reviews on any products I try.

I cook mostly from scratch, but also have recipes for easy recipes that are quick to prepare, cheap, and still satisfying.

So check back next week, for the first recipe! :)
